On 1 September Breaden McCardle Chubb Law Solutions and Hollings Fairbairn Law Offices, both of Kapiti merged. Alf Fairbairn of Hollings Fairbairn joins the firm as a Partner.
This strategic partnership brings together two long established Law Firms and will create the largest legal service provider in Kapiti. The two firms have similar cultures and values which make the firms a great match.

Graham Mowbray has been appointed as partner at Breaden McCardle Chubb effective 1 September. Graham, formally an Associate of the firm will specialise in Commercial, Property, Trusts, Relationship Property and Employment Law. He will join Don Breaden, John McCardle, Alf Fairbairn and Stephen Chubb as partners.
