Has practised law in Kapiti for
over 40 years. He is an ex Horowhenua Kapiti Rugby
representative and ex Club Captain of the Paraparaumu
Rugby Club. Ex President of the Kapiti Lions Club,
Life member and ex President of the Kapiti Squash
Club and is a member of the Paraparaumu Golf Club
and Paraparaumu Rotary Club. Alf specialises in
