Don Breaden (Partner)

Don has over 30 years legal experience, and after being a senior partner in one of the country's largest law firms for 16 years set up a private practice in 1995. He has been a Kapiti resident for 16 years.

He is a Life Member and Past President of the Wellington Regional Chamber of Commerce, Executive Board Member of the Kapiti Coast Chamber of Commerce Executive, Past Chairman of the NZ Chamber of Commerce and Past Treasurer of the Confederation of Asia Pacific Chambers of Commerce and a Rotarian.

Don is also a member of the New Zealand Law Society Property Law Section Executive Committee and a Wellington District Law Society Council member. Don specialises in Trust and Estate Planning, Corporate and Business Structures, Commercial Property and Corporate and Commercial Law. He has done considerable work for and is a member of several Charitable Trusts around the country.
